Anna Komar studied the Architect major in 2015 while simultaneously learning Academic painting at FEFU (Far Eastern Federal University). In 2022, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Environment Design from the Institute of Architecture and Design at the Pacific State University. Artworks are in private collections in Russia, USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, Germany, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.

Anna Komar spent part of her childhood in a village amidst the taiga forest of Sikhote-Alin in the upper reaches of the Nemta River. Nature and simple rural life were a natural backdrop to her life, which began to influence the development of her creative path even in early childhood when the environment was the main source of inspiration and resource.

Anna focuses on her visual experience gained from exploring the natural forms, textures, and shades of swamps, mountains, taiga landscapes, and rural life. Each series is created based on emotional experiences and natural shifts in human perspectives on the world. The philosophy of the East and inspiration from the delicate beauty of traditional crafts from past centuries, where organics, natural materials, and the roughness of natural forms play a major role, have a significant impact on shaping her perspective and style. Using traditional painting, Anna explores living materials and their interactions with each other. Textured surfaces, solid wood, raw materials, and natural resources are often used as pigments, such as charcoal, ash, sand, and clay, manually extracted from nature and everyday life.
